So Michael Bednarek rolled back an edit I did, based:
"unwarranted move and POV commentary"

I had moved Archie to "Criminal and eccentric personalities" and added:
"What started as a charming alternative theory venture
has become a spamming endeavour pasting minor edits
of the same posts again and again, clogging newsgroups
such as sci.physics and sci.math, and recently unrelated newsgroups.

I dont think its a POV commentary. Its objectively
measurable, and an observation shared by many.

About the warrantability of changing the section.
Lets wait, sooner or later the booby(*) will fall into a pit.

Maybe the wikipedia article is problematic, since it lists as
criminal behaviour "newsgroup trolling activities.". This should be
possibly removed. Without this removal, in my opinion, Archimedes
Plutonium clearly falls in this category. What started as a charming
alternative theory venture by Archimedes Plutonium has become a
spamming endeavour pasting minor edits of the same posts again
and again, clogging newsgroups such as sci.physics and sci.math,
and recently unrelated newsgroups. Time has long past that he
posts theories of some sort, his genere is now literary pests.

Its a pitty that Wikipedia gives an additional platform to such trolls, by
giving them a honorable mention. Its strange how many people have fallen

I was unaware that Burse pesters you also Julio, and recently saw that he pesters Graham of Australia. Looking at Jan Burse Google Search, he is banned from many newsgroups for his attacking behavior.

I think Google should ban Jan Burse and all his alias names from Google entirely, before the attacking could escalate into physical violence by Jan Burse. Up to now he is verbally violent, but the degree of his insanity could easily escalate to physically violent.

I have seen 3, Google hits saying Jan Burse is banned or barred. And Burse's latest round of attacks and threats should be enough to get him removed entirely out of Google. For Burse is a attacking menace.

And when you speak of "re-educational plan", makes me want to think that the Internet has invaded into education in classrooms itself.
