Does seem rather clever bit of kit, though at high cost vs benefits some
folks have noted the price differences between the rear shock and a
suspension seat post which is broadly doing same job!

I recently watched a GCN segment on this. The reviewers noted the conceptual similarity of suspending the rider to URT designs with results we're all aware of (no one sells URTs anymore). They were dubious (referring to the seat suspension as "wobbly bits"), but time will tell (Zerts, anyone?).

I thought the top photo in Andrew's reminded me of something but I
