I am something like 230 miles short of my target. The rain will be greater than normal this year if correctly predicted but there will be plenty of time to meet or exceed my target. My climbing will have suffered a great deal but I did have a lot of time off of the bike in the early part of the year and missed all of the heavy climbing for four months. So I would have had not matters interceded.

I am having a great deal of trouble with the plumbing in this 70 year old house where the drains were mostly made of galvanized iron instead of ceramic which was the higher grade at the time. The replacement of this starts this Friday and will cost me a great deal. I would have liked to have the water pipes also replaced with copper but that will have to wait for a future time after Biden has been made powerless and the country returns from the brink of death-by-Democrat.
