In principle because light does not slow down like
the atom by gravity's escape velocity....
If light remains a constant C leaving gravity it does
not get trapped. Only the atom obeys
gravity's escape velocity.

There could be an atom trap but not a light...
We are seeing BH look a likes instead.

The principle of the constant speed of light
shows gravity doesn't change light speed.
Therefore it can always leave all gravity.

Constancy of the speed of light in principle
shows gravity does not slow it down and
therefore does not give light an escape
velocity. The atom obeys escape speed
instead by getting to slow down by gravity...
Light never has obeyed it...

it does not slow under gravity escape speed.
The atom slows instead. It could get
trapped or not.
