The speed at which watches beat, I call it chronotropy.

Chronotropy and simultaneity are, for me, two different ideas.

It is so true that when physicists say "that the notion of simultaneity is
absolute by positional change in an inertial frame of reference, but that
it changes by change of inertial frame of reference", I am saying that
they are making a double error. One of physical concept, the other of
language.
The reverse is true.
It is chronotropy which is invariant in an inertial frame of reference,
not simultaneity. This means that two watches placed in different places
in the same frame of reference will beat at the same speed, but that they
will not have the same vision of the universe at the same present moment.
On the other hand, even placed in very different frames of reference,
moving between them at relativistic speeds, several watches, at the very
moment of their crossing will not have the same chronotropy (obviously).
But they will observe (live-live) the same universe.
This is what I find important to repeat over and over, despite the verbal
attacks of those who criticize this obviousness, when they simply do not
understand it.

they will iff their motion is not rotating and is 100% rigid wrt each
other.

You have to be strong now: Nobody cares about the pseudo-scientific
fantasies of an ignoramus like you.
