When the observers continue their trip in space, after crossing paths,
this is what happens to the Lorentz transformations.

No, it does not.

Nonsense! You CLEARLY do not understand what the Lorentz transformation is.

Hint: it is a transformation between inertial COORDINATE
SYSTEMS, not "observers". As such, for a given point in
the spacetime manifold, it relates its coordinate values
in one system to those in the other system.

Hint 2: for two observers to "cross paths" they must be
pointlike. But the Lorentz transform between their rest
frames is completely unaffected when points in the two
frames "cross paths". And, of course, pointlike observers'
paths might never "cross" at all (by which I presume you
mean "intersect").

[I'm abandoning this thread, unless you show some interest in actually
learning about SR.]

Hint 3: in the meantime in the real world, forbidden by
your moronic religion GPS clocks keep measuring t'=t,
just like all serious clocks always did.
