How are you *ever* going to understand even special relativity without
understanding frames of reference?

It is NOT a different year on Terra and Luna in their REST frame. EVER.

And the PROPER distance is NEVER becoming LARGER just because someone
decides to launch a spaceship. That’s ridiculous.

Instead, the COORDINATE distance is becoming SMALLER than the proper
distance, but only FOR THE TRAVELER in THEIR rest frame.
