Ken Seto, long-time poster to sci.physics.relativity (since 1996?) is
famous.

1. He is famous for writing what he calls a Theory of Everything, though he
does not know what those words mean or entail.

2. He is famous for not being able to do third grade arithmetic, yet saying
he is decades ahead of the best physicists in the world.

3. He is famous for believing that any physics theory that involves an
explanation using math is not a physical theory but a mathematical one, and
thus is abstract and overly complicated. In his mind, a good theory should
not need math at all, though a couple of equations sprinkled in is good for
credibility.

4. He is famous for believing that anything real should be common and
visible to the naked idea, and that anything that requires expensive
equipment to detect is therefore not real.

5. He is famous for throwing his life savings into self-publishing a book
which got no sales, and then into fees to have it put in the Library of
Congress, believing that this will ensure his undying legacy.

6. He is famous for having ideas about relativity, though he cannot follow
even the first few chapters of an introductory book in physics.

7. He is especially famous for steadfastly believing that people will not
notice any of the above.

you forgot number 0. , that he is a disgusting pig stealing theories he
doesn't even understand.

You should admire Ken. He's a survivalist full of resilience, while almost everyone quit or bit the dust in the last decades.

He has to be on something that you don't perceive, and thinks it's crazy just because don't conform your conceptions.

Or he’s just crazy.

Certainly. Unfortunately the results are not proportional
to the effort put into it.

Quite possible.
Let him produce a prediction that goes beyond the standard model
and the world will be convinced.

Any prediction will do, but none seen so far,
