The doctors are not using antibiotics to treat pneumonia and admitting people with the flu into the hospitals which is a hot bed for pneumonia which would attribute for the 17% increase in the deaths (275k to 325K). Really not much more.

To see if there is excessive misattribution of deaths, just look at the
excess deaths. How many people in the US died in 2020 vs. 2019? How many
people died (in the first 11 months of) 2021 vs. 2019? Are the sums of
the excesses over 2019 about 800,000?

These figures can also be broken down by age group, month etc.
