So, what if N-Korea gets pissed off and start blowing up satellites, filling space with junk that can damage other sats useless?

The first time they try, they will find that they don't have any
ground segment left.

I mean that if NK attacks space assets, they will see their entire
launch and tracking system taken out by bombs, cruise missiles, etc.
They have no ability to stand up to any serious military response, and
the west is more than capable of trivially taking them out. And would.

They arguably get some strategic value out of having some limited
military capability. That value goes away, however, if they actually
use it.

It would be a last resort for N-Korea to take out the Satellite system.
They know about the heavy response of the west, but the west has to consider that for hundreds of years space is screwed, unless new armored sats are built.

I doubt that NK has the capability to do more than minor damage to the
satellite system.

Blast a few tons of ballbearings in space. into the most densely packed path of sats, see what happens?
