The 11 speed setup I have on the Land Shark just wouldn't shift properly so after I got back from the ride I tried looking at everything to see what was wrong. Turns out that it was adjusted to one click off of the actual 11 speeds and the 11 tooth wasn't shifting past because the limit screw was set properly So I adjusted the levers up a notch and it worked fine. The Land Shark has a Centaur rear derailleur and it is a POS. You can't look under it for which limits screw does what and it didn't seem to matter how I set the upper limit, it didn't over shift on the work stand which is of course a completely different from actually riding it since the bearing surfaces are so slack. I need to get another Chorus or Record rear derailleur after the Moser is back together.

I had the same problem with my 11 Centaur rear derailleur. I fixed it by attaching the cable on the other side of the fixing screw.

The older one's used to use hollow steel rivets I believe so that the steel derailleur axles fit with minimal play.
