This is by far the most surprising article I've read this year, precisely because of who is speaking. I've long argued that crime oppresses the poor more than it inconveniences the rich, but I never expected to have people such as these carry the light.

The NAACP started out a decent organization that was rapidly twisted into an unrecognizable ball of garbage when their leaders discovered that via politics that they could make themselves rich. Could it be that the NAACP is returning to their roots of eliminating discrimination and discovering that it the enemy has mostly been themselves after all?

One swallow doesn't make a summer, but it is amazing that this hasn't happened before. Now that someone has taken the lead, perhaps Oakland is where lashback begins. You and I are of a generation which can remember when San Francisco and surroundings were the epicentre of wordchaning innovations and movements. It would certainly reinvigorate the NAACP, and give it relevant purpose at last.. -- AJ

Oakland is getting extremely tired of dope pushers on every corner. It has overflowed into all of the cities surrounding San Francisco and black people are tired of their children's lives being destroyed by the acts of the Democrats. Perhaps this is a sign of the turning of the tide.
