if galaxies are expanding or growing their
once faster inner stars get carried outward
in the distance.

The dark matter halo never applied..
as it would have gravitation action from all angles
so as to not speed up the stars in a preferred direction
together.

you can't see galaxies without an instrument. Show me your apparatus.
