What does GTR stand for?
It stands for General Theory of Relativity.

There is one major problem with Albert Einstein's
General Theory of Relativity...

it's all about Gravity, and

the problem is,
if you look out there
there is no Gravity.

Gravity is just a theory.

Albert Einstein said Time is an illusion, but

he was mistaken..it is Gravity that is the illusion.

There is no Gravity out there.

The Sun has no Gravity
The Earth has no Gravity
The Moon has no Gravity

There is no Gravity anywhere..

I even checked The Code, there is no Gravity in it.

And this thing you call ...arrow of time,

where is the bow?

Please stop looking for the bow, too much logic for yous.

Bow and arrow? dats called logic.

Does any of your clocks need Gravity to run????

Of course not.

There is no Gravity.

It's
just
a theory.

come on, really...an arrow without a bow is not an arrow.

what does gravity do to the past? nothing i guess..there is no
gravity..there is no past.

If there was a past..
all your photos
in your shoebox
filled with photos
would be empty..
it would be in the past also.

But, there is no past.
So, all your past photos
are still in the shoebox..
in the present, in the now.

All those photos are
a collection of the past
all in the present..
all past are here now.

There is no past for them to go.

What about the future?

There is no future.

Otherwise you would have
pictures of the future in
your shoebox.

"Oh, how cute, is that
you when you were a
baby?"

"Who is this old guy in this picture?"

The past has already happened and it leaves left overs like fossils.
The future is yet to happen but always will.

In other words, the past and future is
all in your mind.

You cannot travel in a time machine
to the past where there is no past that exist.

Particles cannot enter where nothing exist.

A fossil is...a picture.

Like a picture in a old shoe box.

A light makes an impression on film and it is preserved in a shoebox.

A fossil like your grandmother.

Fossils
are a
collection
of the past
and that past
exist in the Now.

The fossils do
not exist in the past..
they are here, now.

They are physical
objects
that exist
Now.

Fossils
do not exist
anywhere else
but here in the now.

And
nothing happens
in the future because
it is always now.

You just imagine
what the future
would be like..
but
that is just
fantasy in your mind.

a fossil
a billion
years ago is
just
numbers on a clock.

Let me make it simpler...

'In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.'

'In the beginning, ...' is the point in space and time..

where an event happen,

'..created the heavens and the earth.' are two events
in points in time, and in space that simultaneously occurred,
which is Now.

Not the past
which is some numbers
on your clocks..
but
in this frame
called Now.

The Big Dipper
is there Now,
you can see it
and it is the same
age of the universe..

it is not
in the past...

it exist as
a collection
of the past
included part
of Now.

Like a photo
or fossil (if you will).

The Starmaker -- To question the unquestionable, ask the unaskable,
to think the unthinkable, mention the unmentionable, say the unsayable,
and challenge
the unchallengeable.

Take a clock
and stare at it.

After 5 minutes
it would change
numbers in minutes
from 1-5.

Or it would change
numbers in seconds
from 1-300.

After 5 minutes
you find yourself
still in the Now.

stare at it...
for days
months
years

and it
will
continue
just changing
numbers...
and
you will
find yourself
still in the Now.

Take a clock
and stare at it...
a billion years

and it
will
continue
just changing
numbers...
and
you still will
find yourself
in the Now.

No past
no future
just Now.

Take a clock
and stare at it...
14 billion years

and it
will
continue
just changing
numbers...
and
you still will
find yourself
in the Now.

No past
no future
just Now.

The past does not exist.
There is no fact that the past exist.
The future does not exist.
There is no fact that the future exist.

Time doesn't flow.
There is no arrow of time.

Time doesn't flow.
It doesn't even move.

It's still Now!

Let's say it is
11:30am
on your clock
in a half hour
it is going to be 12:pm.

I'ts *going* to be 12:pm

The numbers on
your clock
change to
12:pm

What does that mean?

It's 12:PM NOW!!!!

<snip>

To tweak Hertz a little...

So clearly "now" flows.

Why doesn't someone figure out how that fits into the whole time-space
continuum thingie?

Flows where???? There is no past to go. No future to go to..

there is no physical place for time to flow to.
Time don't flow.
Time don't move.

That's because you're such a bunch of mystical idiots...
Do your "black holes" idiocies intersect with "now", BTW?
If they don't they don't exist, don't you think?

Great question to use as a jumping off point! Now's now wont
exist a moment later. So where did it go. It was real, wasn't it?
So where is a moment's ago now now?

It would seem that the future becomes the present now and quite
quickly becomes the past. Can we equate "now" with "reality?"

So just how long does "now" persist?

Does future reality exist? If not, when and how is it created?
And how does that happen so quickly? I can't tell when "now"
stops existing as now and becomes the past.

The problem, of course, is that this isn't physics although we are
talking about physical property more properly called existence.

Where is Augustine when you need him? How large would his "book of
now" be?

And the beat goes on...

Although I am having fun with these speculations, these questions
are all valid and exceptionally good questions that no one has
resolved with good answers. But they're open to everyone who wants
to try.
