That date is a valid ternary number but it certainly isn't binary!

20220222 in IBM YYYYMMDD format (natural sorting order)
02222022 in US MMDDYYYY format
22022022 in EU/ROW DDMMYYYY format

The latter pair cause endless problems for computer program specs and
work done by US scanning services where dates in the range 1-12/1-12 can
have MM/DD accidentally transposed. It shows up a fair bit on Ancestry
with the actual "day" helpfully translated into a month name too!
