No, idiot. It is about DEFENDING AGAINST the "first strike"
capability and desires of despotic dictator who took over a nation
illegally, and invades other nations with that nation's military arm.
A former spy and one of the biggest criminals on the planet even
before he pulled these stupid military moves.

If we (the US) started "mile walking" tanks and troops in a line
into Russia, mile by mile, he would puke and die militarily, but his
response would be to launch the missiles he made threats with only
last week. NATO and the US ned to be able to defend against such a
choice, and THAT is what missile defense systems at that level are
about. Putin is not Hamas. These systems are not like what the IDF
uses.
