Two choices now-- either the world kills Putin before he kills the planet. Or Putin kills the planet. For at the age of 70 and "being totally insane that he is", he will press the nuclear buttons as a going away gift. Hard to imagine that a person can be more wicked than Hitler, and Putin is paving the way.

But what we certainly do need is a spy in Russia who has some transmitter ability that follows around Putin everywhere he goes, a precise location marker of Putin during the day and night. Because if that insane monster presses nuclear buttons, it behooves us to take him out, right then and there. For by doing that, we can minimize the nuclear war Putin had already started..
