This means a lot of rain so I will be riding a lot less this fall and winter. I will try and keep some fitness but it won't be easy. I am about to turn 79 and climbing is getting slower and slower. Though I did a 2000+ foot total ascent today and near the end my legs were getting tired but my average speed was a little better than last Tuesday's ride which was over the same course. Though I had to stop a whole lot more for cross traffic.
