Can you please muster a VOLUNTEER army of 10,000 sharpshooters, all volunteer, and give them Ukraine temporary names along with a Ukraine army uniform and go to Kiev to fight the Russian invasion. Sharpshooting in Stalingrad was incidental.

What defeated the French then the Germans was the brutal winter.

I was looking at the clothing they wore, and layers and layers as if on a Arctic expedition. Whereas the Germans were wearing Autumn clothing.

The French lost 500,000 soldiers, and Germans lost over 1 million.

I need to have factual truth. And I do not think there are many sharpshooters in any army. I was a marksman in the Navy. The key is to easily squeeze the trigger with a good aim. A coordination skill. How many marksmen does a military have? Is it something like 1 in a thousand soldiers?

So when I ask for 10,000 sharpshooters, I am way off the mark, perhaps ask for 100 sharpshooters.

I do not know if Kiev is as brutal of a winter as is Stalingrad. And how winter can hinder sharpshooting.

Looking at the temperature present today in Kiev compared to Stalingrad low of -3 degrees celsius and Stalingrad at 0 degrees celsius, so Kiev colder than Stalingrad as of Feb 2022.

During battle of Stalingrad said it was -40 Celsius

Looking at Kiev, it is actually warmer in winter than in South Dakota winter.
