I got 100 messages on my smartphone that 1440 was an unbiased source of news. So I went to their site and entered my email and it immediately gave me the message "Your email address is not accepted.".

Now there is absolute proof of their lack of bias,

Never heard of it before so I just perused it.
A few menus down in US politics/ elections I see feature
articles about USA election laws, traditions, customs and
protocols.

https://discover.join1440.com/tag/elections

No mention of today's Supreme Court decision which NY Post
published an hour ago.

It would help if quote the error message accurately. When I tried to
subscribe, it returned:
"Subscription denied. Please contact us for information."

The link for Contact US is:

The surest mark of success is over-subscription and pollution.

Nope. That's called anecdotal proof.

Ir isn't any kind of proof of bias, anecdotal or otherwise. It simply means that their subscription function is having a problem.

Using your reference I was able to get to that page and immediately saw articles claiming that Russia interfered in the US Presidential elections by hacking into the voting machines. This is almost impossible which is why the Democrats have been against these machines all along. All they do is count the votes as marked and if there;'s any question they can return not only your own ballot but the vote to that point. The poll workers have the numbers of votes in and number out. While it might be very difficult to interfere with the encoded vote transfer of the results on the Internet that is nothing to do with the tabulating machines. This is why the Democrats have been working so hard to destroy public trust in these machines and imply that manual tabulation is safer.

I beg to differ. What are the odds that 1440 would select the exact
time to crash when Tom attempted to obtain an account? I would think
the odds were quite small. Therefore it had to be intentional. My
guess(tm) is Tom's personal informant, who keeps him informed what is
happening in RBT, made a deal with 1440 to warn them that Tom would
soon attempt to join. 1440 then slammed the door and locked it until
they were sure Tom was gone. Coincidence does not demonstrate
causality, but such simultaneous event certainly make me suspicious of
collusion.

When we have eliminated logic, common sense, science, experience,
history and physical evidence, whatever remains, however improbable,
must be the truth. (my apologies to Arthur Conan Doyle).

That which cannot be attributed to cause and effect, must be a
conspiracy.

Fox news, OANN, and breitbart are the ones leading the charge against voting machines. I know of no left wing organisations that are against voting machines.

Out of curiosity how large are voting districts? How many votes are
there to count?

Here, Thailand, you vote by the section of town where you live. You
show up with your I.D. card and your Residence Certificate, they check
your name off the list and hand you a ballot. You go in the voter
booth and mark you ballot, come back out and drop it in the ballot
box.
There is a certain amount of "vote buying" but I've never seen a
hullabaloo about counting votes.

Ah but common sense will tell you that the earth must be flat. If it
wasn't all them people down on the bottom (Australia, etc.) would fall

I'm no longer amazed that such a high percentage of Tom's posts are flat
out wrong, no matter the topic.

But I am amazed at his capacity for ignoring so much easily obtained
evidence. Again, no matter the topic.

He has never meant any real apologies in his entire life. This is why he managed to get an engineering job fresh out of school before they knew him. From that moment on he couldn't get a job as a janitor. He was forced to start his own company where he worked with no one else and as a technician he had to be a great deal more careful what he said around his customers. But assholes are always assholes and he has probably gone through hundreds of customers and has just been dependent on steady stream of stupid people that didn't know how to replace the ink cartridges' in ink jet printers. Then he discovered that being sick all of the time could bring in more money via MediCal He is really a pretty pitiful person who spends his entire life on this group hoping against hope that he will impress someone that he spent 6 years in college trying to get a 4 year degree.

Speaking of Climate Change.....Why didn't the Earth perish in an inferno before plants converted all of the excess CO2 in the atmosphere into Coal, Oil, and natural gas?

Because oil and gas, and also coal, came from " algae and plants lived
in shallow seas. After dying and sinking to the seafloor, the organic
material mixed with other sediments and was buried. Over millions of
years under high pressure and high temperature, the remains of these
organisms transformed into what we know today as fossil fuels. Coal,
natural gas, and petroleum"
https://education.nationalgeographic.org/resource/petroleum/

Not from CO2.

Where as Tom Kunich tries to impress people by telling lies.
But you are correct assholes are always assholes, even when they tell
lies.

In the spirit of Christmas, may you have a merry Christmas, a happy

Nope. After graduating college, I took a few months of teacher prep
classes until the draft ended. That coincided with the collapse of
the aerospace industry. There were no jobs for engineers. So, I went
back to fixing 2-way radios for slightly above minimum wage.

>From that moment on he couldn't get a job as a janitor.

That's true, probably because I've never applied for a position as
janitor. Much later, I developed an unofficial title as the "cleanup
man" which was the person stuck with cleaning up everyone else's
problems. It was very similar to a janitorial position. I forgot to
mention the "assistant embalmer" position, where I was very much a
janitor.

>He was forced to start his own company where he worked with no
>one else

Wrong. I wanted badly to carry on the family tradition of building
small companies. I've never worked for a large company. I started my
first company at age=18 with 2 friends. We started by repairing
electronics in my parents garage. We made every mistake possible, but
those mistakes were very valuable lessons. At one point, I was
offered an engineering position in a medium size (300 employees)
company. The size of the company was intimidating, but when I saw the
huge amount of modern test equipment available, I accepted the
position. I lasted 2 years and decided that even a medium size
company was too big for me. So, I started my own computer repair and
consulting business, which lasted 37 years. Read all about it:

After obtaining my BSEE degree, I was never again a technician. Since
you're concerned about titles, I was allowed to select my own title
for my business card. I chose "Keeper of the Faith" as in the movie
"Planet of the Apes".

>But assholes are always assholes

Correct, and you are living proof that it's true.

>and he has probably gone through hundreds of customers and has

Actually, I've never bothered to count my customers or clients. To
keep things simple, I only created an account after someone hires me
for a 2nd job. That roughly cut my record keeping in half. Also, my
customers and clients were initially mostly companies. Most of these
initial companies rapidly outgrew my ability to keep their computers
running. At one time, I had only 2 companies as clients, but between
them were about 80 users and 40 computers (mostly servers). Later, I
switched to home users and self-employed professionals usually working
at home. It might be interesting to know that over the 37 years of
running my own business, only one person and one company failed to pay
for my services.

>Then he discovered that being sick all of the time could bring in

I think you mean Medicare, not Medical. Most of the 37 years I was
self-employed was without any medical insurance. I was with Kaiser
when I began, but the rest of the medical bills were paid for out of
pocket. For example, I paid about $75,000 cash for a triple bypass
operation in Feb 2002. I also paid substantial amounts dealing with
kidney stones. Even with Medicare, I pay 20% out of pocket. Please
tell me more about how being sick could "brink in more money". Who is
paying you to be sick?

I believe I previously explained why it typically took 6 years to
obtain a 4 year engineering degree. If you don't understand, I can
repeat it for you with simpler words and fewer comma splices. Since
the draft board understood the problem and accepted 6 years as normal,
it was beneficial for me to continue my education. If am "pitiful",
then you are jealous.
