Interesting!
I like to put irrational or transcendental numbers like pi and e using the scale 0-9 as notes.
Some interesting areas in the decimal expansion of many of these producing
some interesting sounds. Maybe some renderings can be produced using this criteria?

Do you use special software to create the music?

I was kind of impressed with the results in shadertoy in this tutorial:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XeE0v5JLiQ

But it seems likely a more convenient interface and system designed for the creation
of music can be helpful.
But it doesn't seem like there is any good free software for music creation
(similar to how programs like gimp/inkscape offer free alternatives for
photoshop and illustrator).

I never messed around with sound over on ShaderToy; need to give it a
look. Thanks for the link! :^)

Wrt my experiment wrt setting my field to music, I actually coded up a
little MIDI program in C++ so I can create music right from my own code.
I also have a cobbled together a crude WAV file generator. The MIDI one
works great for my needs. I have all 16 channels and can create multiple
tracks directly in C++. I can patch the general MIDI instruments to the
channels, except channel 10 (percussion only). MIDI is fun. However, the
WAV program, well, I accidentally created some tones that almost fried
my ears, blew up my speakers and popped my eyes right out of their damn
sockets... Yikes!

It went something like this... Try some frequencies and generate the
waveform. Okay, lets test it out by listening to the result...
Kabooooom! Oh shit! My ears are bleeding!

So be wary when messing around with actually listening to pure
waveforms. I am a little scared of it... ;^o

I can do that, and create high quality 3d graphics perfectly timed to
it. I am currently using only 24 frames per second to time the music
with. All delays are multiples of 24. The ratio can of course be
different. Say, I choose to time to the tune of: 1000ms of musical time
is equal to 24 frames of animation time. 24:1000 ratio of a second. From
here, I can time my field to the music. So wrt to delay, a half note
would be 12:500, a quarter note 6:250, an eighth 3:125. For some reason,
I want to increase the fps to 48, it would make the animation smoother
in its interpolations for small delays... ;^)

Humm... I might code something up that plays pi. Humm... Would be fun,
never did it before. I am a bit new at programming music.

I sent you a very simple test MIDI with the notes of pi.

I sent you several attachments of some midi files my program generates
(.mid) and even the sheet music in pdf's (.pdf). I think I even sent you
a MP3 (.mp3) of one of my converted MIDI files. You did not receive my
attachments? Well, shit! Thant most certainly sucks... Damn! ;^o

Humm... Should I try again? Can you take a screen shot of my message to
you and post to something like https://imgbb.com/ so I can see what you
received from me? Post it here, please. :^)

Here is a screen shot of my gmail to you:
