I remember reading that there are lots of photos of jetliners crashing that
are so clear that you can clearly see faces of passengers. But there
doesn’t seem to be even one clear photo of a UFO, and there are a lot more
photos of UFO’s than crashing airliners. They didn’t tell us enough about
the ones in the report, like a very important question, did any of those
pilots see any of the UFO’s with their naked eyes? Or did I miss something?
If everything was seen through electronic gear, or through other distortions
in the air, it’s pretty easy to shrug it all off.

which was equally strange as this computers been off and not used for over a week
and I don't remmember accessing the NYT site at all in the last couple of months.

I know what you mean but even those with some experience may see flying objects that they can't itentify
and may at first be confused and think that are UFO's (which of course they are, if you can;t immediatly ID them)
Until someone actually knows what the flying objects are and speard their knowledge . :-)

Well to me it looks like a fly (or other insect) stuck to the windscreen or lens it's difficult to tell where
exactly the object is and as it's so very stationary in view compared to the clouds I very much doubt
it is at that distance from the recording device used.

I see no evidence that it in motion controlled by itself in anyway.
Problem is the term UFO implies to most that it is a spaceship from outside this planet.
Maybe such things should be renamned as WTFIT
