Here in this wicked and cruel country if the police suspect you are
drinking and driving and you refuse to take the test the court will
deem you to be guilty. AND, if you are deemed to be guilty of drunk
driving the police impound your car or motorcycle until you have paid
all fines and/or completed all jail sentences.

If you leave the site of an accident where someone is injured you can
be Jailed for 3 months and fined an amount equal to 15 days labor at
minimum salary rates.

(I think I like it here better then there :-)
