KENOSHA, Wis. — The judge at Kyle Rittenhouse’s murder trial on Monday dismissed
a count of possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18, a misdemeanor
that had appeared to be among the likeliest of the charges to net a conviction
for prosecutors.

So the only charge I figured Rittenhouse might get convicted for, was just thrown
out the window by the judge.

Democrats have convicted people before for nothing. I kind of wonder though who exactly
would riot if he gets off? They brought in 500 National Guard troops.
There were no blacks involved, except in the background. Unless one
of the ones he (rightly) shot was black? Or are the Jews going to hold a riot?

Here is who was shot: (two of them were nutjobs)

Rosenbaum battled bipolar disorder and was homeless, according to The Washington Post, which reported he had been discharged from a hospital earlier in the day after a suicide attempt. He had spent more than a decade in prison in Arizona after being convicted of sexual conduct with a minor.

Huber struggled with mental health challenges when he was younger and skateboarding was among the things that brought him the most joy. He had found a community of people in Kenosha who shared the same passion, the attorney added.

Gaige Grosskreutz says he feared for his life, pointed gun at Kyle Rittenhouse before getting shot. Grosskreutz admitted that he pointed his gun at the teenager, saying Rittenhouse opened fire only once he approached with his gun aimed.

Why was the third man in possession of a Glock pistol in the streets? They charged Rittenhouse with having a weapon under age 18 (a rifle) but not this guy? He pointed a handgun at a guy with a rifle, big mistake.

All of the rulings I've seen him make so far have been in accordance
with well-established law. But because the law is frequently in conflict
with wokeism these days, the judge has been labeled a 'white
supremacist' for not ignoring the law in favor of 'social justice'.

Without following developments closely, I'm not sure that taking
relatively minor charges off the table ultimately favors Rittenhouse.

This judge is the biggest dickhead in any of these high profile cases in
the past 15 years with the possible exception of Anna Nicole Smith's
judge (remember Judge Larry who used to lean way back in his chair like
he was undergoing therapy).

I heard the term "drama king" used for the first time from a (female)
legal commentator which seems pretty fitting.

It's endlessly amusing to me to see all these leftists who constantly tell us
borders are just imaginary lines on a map and mean nothing (with regard to
letting illegals flood into the country) suddenly get so het-up over state
lines.

How the hell does crossing a state line have any relevance to whether what he
did was right or wrong? He lived mere minutes from the state line. For him it
was no different than taking a trip to the store. It in no way gives his
actions some over-arching cloud of malignancy that it otherwise would not have
had.

When I lived in the DC area, I, along with hundreds of thousands of other
people, crossed state lines literally every single day going into and of the
District from and to Virginia and Maryland. It was a non-event. It certainly
wasn't anything I took into account when planning to go somewhere and do
something.
