Only synthesizers that are connected to windmills for power are acceptable. Otherwise they just contribute to global warming. Any activity a displaced brass musician would engage in instead of blowing would likely be worse for the planet than blowing.

Synthesizers use far less energy than
humans, and do not fart. Brassists
can always re-train as plumbers.
They already know how to use
bent pipes.

Only viola players and guitarists, should be allowed. I have a Korg and it can replace almost any other movement in the air.

It can also deduce electrical power produced by wind and refuse to play. It loves nuclear power best ;)
