When one declares that this or that country is the most antisemitic, it would help to know what sort of statistics you have in mind to measure it. Murders of Jews? Exclusion of Jews from society? France has a huge Arab immigrant population among whom there is a lot of antimsemitsm and a lot of that has manifested in violence. These are facts. I don't think Jews are in more physical danger among Western countries than France at the present time.

What European country or countries did you have in mind as being more antisemitic than France and how do you measure it?

The absolute number of anti-semitic incidents
appears to be higher in the UK and in Germany
than in France:

However the incidents in France have been more
violent, including some highly publicized murders
of elderly or otherwise defenseless innocent people.

Also note the numbers reported by Statista are for
single years and are not normalized per capita or
by religion or ethnic group of the attackers. There
