Again, one is innocent until proven guilty.

As previously noted, you're taking Ash's "declared war" in a literal sense. Ash is not saying that PJR issued you an official declaration of war as a result of your literary theft.

Ash is saying that PJR had ample reason for considering himself your enemy.

I'm accusing you of having plagiarized "Penny's Hat" (and the resultant "Penny's Pages) from PJR.

However, in spite of your comment to "cut" PJR's name from the credits of your completed adaptation of his work, I do not believe that you intentionally set out to steal his work. I also believe that over the years, you have managed to convince yourself of your blamelessness.
