In Holland, all flavoured fizzy drinks are referred to as lemonade.
We're in Hungary at the moment and a request for lemonade at a bar will
result in a choice of about 6 different flavours, all mixed by hand with
fresh fruit included. 2 quid a pint.

Not that much attention to detail. A body going through a wood chipper
sounds nothing like it does in the film.

I must watch the film sometime. I loved the TV series (well, I haven't
watched 4 yet, I kept trying to but would get distracted by something
else and not get past the first couple of episodes).
