Now most of them seem to be all-ladies.
When I joined Black Pig Border, I originally wanted to join an all-male
NW side, closely followed by a molly one. Neither option was available
in the east midlands, so I changed from Cotswold to Border and I've been
here ever since...

Yes, I like the energy and mischief of border morris.

Was involved with Wicket Brood (Bricket Wood twixt Watford and St
Albans) for a while. We went to France with them. They'd seen nothing
like it!

Never tried sword or rapper. A bit too complex for me. But did follow
Grenoside (North Sheffield) about for a while.

I tried rapper with Foresters Morris - just to have a go. I decided not
to pursue it further as I valued my fingers - and so did everyone else!
The nearest longsword team at the team was Handsworth...
However, in BP I devised a dance called either Pigonometry (with sticks)
or Pork Sword when we can borrow some :-)
There's a rendition on our website somewhere...
