You're the one with that problem, as always.

Nothing the HoR can do if it doesn’t like the new
PM even if it’s a minority govt that changes its PM.
The most that it can in theory do is produce a new
election and that has never happened on a change
in PM for the reason I rubbed your stupid nose in.

It wouldn’t happen even with a minority govt because
they would never get enough independents to vote
in favor of a no confidence motion because they
don’t have the money they need to fund a new
election campaign.

It was in fact Kerr who decided that there would be fresh
elections after he sacked Whitless, not Whitless who had
the confidence of the HoR, because even Whitless knew
that he would lose govt if an election was held then.
