No, it was too cheap. He used 250000 troops to attack 500000 troops, all well armed with Western weapons. The Javelin missiles worked too well, and that is about the only thing remarkable about the Ukraine defence.
But Putin managed to draw away the troops from the West, then launched all-around offensives, grabbed the lands he wanted, and retreated in an orderly fashion from the rest of the country.
