There is NEVER, any scenario WHATSOEVER, that salt and pepper is added
directly to the Big Mac as the Big Mac is being made. Which to my
understanding usually happens AFTER it is ordered by the customer.

This FACT, along with the video proof, PROVES that s&P, as the grill
seasoning, is added to teh PATTY'S. Making it an ingredient of the PATTY
and not the Big Mac.

It was actually pretty neat to see it all. Nothing was microwaved then
(late 70's). The 'Production controller' (the one facing the bins with
back to the customers and wrapping burgers and such) would tell the
grill folks what they needed. Lets say 6 Big Macs and 6 cheeseburger.
Grill would lay down 18 patties. Bun toaster would lay in 6 buns and 2
Big Macs then when done, 4 more buns. Prep station would add condiments
to various buns then grill person would add meat and pass tray to
Production, for wrapping.

That's how it was back then. Times change and it seems the burgers may
be precooked then microwaved on site now?

We had double cheese burgers when I started and they were very popular
but they went away. They were cheaper than the 1/4lb burgers and
faster to make but the 1/4lb gave more profit.... They came back in
much later years but I;d moved on to the Navy by then.

I was preparing to write that double cheeseburgers are available.
I never paid enough attention to the menu to notice they were gone for
a bit. I favored Wendy's. Even now I will pick Wendy's over any other.
Though I get my burgers without buns.

No they are not microwaved. some are pre-cooked, then held at the proper
temperature. but usually people order them quickly enough they don't sit
long.

I just did a C&P from the page. I don't actually know when salt
and pepper are added. I do know if you order a Big Mac, it will have
salt and pepper. Unless the order is for no salt.
