Oooh, ok. I don't make it, I pick it up at a local Publix grocery store.
First time was about 3 or 4 years ago I was asked to bring some different
dips, chips, crackers, and a dessert. I spied the street corn dip and
hoped they would like it. The wolves devoured it with many appreciative
yummy noises. I don't get the appeal, but as long as they like it.

I agree. If I wanted that many peanuts, I'd just have bought a cannister
of them. The local Aldi has a great selection of many different nut
combinations with very few goobers in the mix.

Welcome! We have plenty of folks here with all sorts of cooking
styles. I do a lot of quick items or ones that can be broken to 10
minutes or less standing.

I don't use a lot of box kits, but I get it that many do and I use some
'pre-made' sauces.

LOL, Bruce by now has probably listed all the ingredients (and if there
are more than 1 type, the worst he can find).

I'm Carol, live in Virginia Beach. Retired now and do a lot of scratch
cooking but not always.

Tonight, a box of stove top stuffing is part of dinner, along with last
of my Gai Lan (Chinese broccoli, has leafy greens not flowerettes) in
the steamer and some Korean cut ribs (same as pork ribs but cut across
the bones in 1 inch sections) that were marinaded in Lea & Perrins
Worchester sauce and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

It's been a 'meatarian' week here. Normally it's mostly vegetarian but
goes in swings. Not doing that for any special reason other than Don
(husband) and I like veggies!

Snicker, does she come from along the Smokey Mountains? We do that.
We commit further atrocities by adding green beans, cauliflower and
just about anything else we grew too much of. 8-)

He's not a vegetarian true. He just has pretend 'virtue' signals about
it.

Justisaur, best to ignore him. He's best known for offtopic comments
and insults on the foods of everyone else.

My medium sized crockpot is working on a bunch of in shell peanuts in a

Sorry Hank, I didn't see your question Thursday evening.

I'm not sure what all is in it, but I certainly see quite a bit of corn

bought it) as they say it 'goes' with it.
