much the germ that gets you, but an extreme immunological
over-reaction TO it. A few other quasi-related viruses
mostly kill by that odd effect. SOME of those off-brand
'cures' helped prevent the over-reaction - though actually
judicious use of anti-inflammatory steroids and mild
immunosuppressants would have been perhaps equally useful.
Seems contradictory, but it isn't.

Covid was/is a MEDICAL issue - keep ideology out of it

Given that masks have been shown in multiple studies not to work what
point are you trying to make? The facts are there is no consensus in
the studies so your article about "unequivocally effective" is
disputed even by the CDC.
