In other big matches in women's football this weekend, Wolfsburg bested Bayern 1-0, Chelsea demolished ManCity 4-0, and Tottenham almost had a shocker by beating Arsenal in the NLD, but a 92nd minute equalizer by Viviane Mediema avoided embarrassment for the Gunnerettes.

so with a lucky bounce a defender who used to play for us tapped

It wasn't completely smooth sailing for Chelsea, who only managed a 1-0 win, with Sam Kerr's goal coming only in the 67' minute. Maybe Servette are not as much of a pushover as we thought?

Seems we concentrated enough... one chance went in. So we avenge the
opening loss and still have good chances. Of course, Juve beat

We're still a bit underdog for that. Chelsea beat us last season and
then got wiped out in the Final. It's not just the French teams, but
now Barcelona especially who are in the driver's seat. FCB are

It wasn't as obvious as that, since we stumbled a lot. Just like in
this season. We haven't knocked Wolfsburg over yet. Alexandra Popp

Well, even getting to the QFs was almost unthinkable at the time of the draw. In the end I would have preferred Chelsea to hold up a bit better and leave us the first place in the group.
