I don't doubt it will only be a throwaway line of some sort... I could
never see too much time in an episode being wasted on looking back at the
13th Doctor's era. But that's not good enough for some people is it? In
fact, with some of the more entitled fans nothing is ever good enough.

The Doctor's biological mother is human. How else would Susan be able to
have children when she was left on Earth at the end of The Dalek
