It can't, especially since New Zealand's Sky TV is run from Australia
anyway ... so any data entry errors would be due to Australia. :-)

BUT, it's quite possible they "out-source" their data entry to some
Asian or African country, so maybe the north to south crossing does
cause a problem. ;-)

It does NOT say that Katherine Jenkins wrote a song.
It does NOT say it is a tributary.
It does NOT say the song was about your so-called "fact".

It does show you're a liar.

Here's what Aled Jones said when introducing the song:
"Using a much-loved hymn tune, songwriter Andy Flanagan penned new words
especially for the occasion as a tribute to her majesty's life."

So, Katherine Jenkins did not write the tune. She did not write the words.
She is not "aka Abigail". She did not sing a tributary song. And she didn't
sing it about your "fact". The only thing you got right was that she sang
the song.

My current box only has two Video channels, so I can record one channel
and watch another or record two channels and switch the T.V. over to
watch another channel direct off-the-air!

Nope! Too high tech for me!! ;-P

Only 'upgrades' I get is when a PVR dies so I have to buy another!! ;-P

I've got about 140 programs recorded on my PVR, 30 or so I want to hang
on to, the other hundred-odd I might get around to watching or, if I'm
running out of space on the Hard-drive, I'll erase the oldest ten or
twenty unwatched programs!!

What's the use of having the 'front padding' if the device is going to
skip it without any intervention by you??

Hey, weren't we originally discussing how the T.V. channels DON'T start
programs at the advertised start time .... so once you start watching,
you are, more or less, locked into the channel and THEIR advertising!!

I don't know if any channel broadcasts the draws LIVE ... or even delayed!!

When you play a recording, it starts 5mins in to skip that
front-padding, but you can rewind into those 5mins if necessary. The
reality is shows rarely start early and are more likely to start late,
so we usually end up starting to watch a recording at that 5mins mark
only to then have to fast-forward a few more minutes - that's why we
sometimes see the end of the previous show if there are two in a row.

We just fast-forward through all advert breaks. The problem is that the
Saturday night lottery draw splits the show we're watching into two
parts, so has two recordings (approximately the first 45mins and then
the last 10mins.). So when the lottery draw comes on, we have to stop
watching the first recording and start the second one, then do two
deletions after we've seen the show.

The New Zealand lottery draws on Saturday nights and Wednesday nights
are broadcast live.

On the rare occasions there is a problem with the ball machine, they
will still start the live draw presentation only to say "we can't do it
now, the results will be available later", so the draw itself won't be
live.

I'm afraid that Yads hasn't a clue that "tribute" and "tributary" are two

"Tribute" and "tributary" are 2 different words, Yads. They do not mean the
same thing. You don't understand what "tribute" means. You don't understand
what "tributary" means. You don't understand what an adjective is.
"Adjecivify" is not a word. "Adjectify" is not a word.

You're an idiot, Yads. You've always been an idiot, and you'll always be an
idiot. The only person here who doesn't know this is you.

Probably not what they mean to anybody with a reasonable understanding

Now the two main Freeeview networks (at least, I woudn't be surprised
if the third joins in) have announced that they're bumping all their
regular shows to play the funeral. What is the point of having two
channels playing it?? (Technically it's actually four channels, because
both of their the "+1" hour delayed ones will then be playing it as
well.) New Zealand is a piddly little country and everyone can get the
Freeview channels, so playing it on one channel would be enough for
those who want to watch it. :-\

In this digital age, they could even have a specific "po-up" channel
that they use just for such things without needing to bump regular
shows.

Since he's already 73, so it's unlikely he'll manage to "long live".

If he lives to around the same age as his mother and father, he'll only
get 25 years or so as King. That then means Williams would will be in
his 60s when he takes over.

And even if Katherine Jenkins did write a song about the
Idiot’s so-called fact, it still wouldn’t prove the "fact" was
true. People can put untrue things in songs too. (e.g. The
Beatles didn’t really live in a yellow submarine.)

Classic Yads. You had the chance to look the words up before making yourself
look even more stupid. You couldn't even do that. So you've gone ahead and
made yourself look even more stupid. You don't have the intelligence to
understand you might be wrong, so you'd rather call people liars than get an
education do any research, or ask someone with more intelligence than you.

You have just shown that - as I said - that you do NOT understand the words
"tribute", "tributary" or "adjective" (or "dajective"). But go ahead - call
me a liar again. You're only fooling yourself.

The Advertising, Your Name, the advertising .... and, of course, the
revenue that comes from that!!

If you have two Free-to-Air stations, I'm guessing one is Government
funded and the other is Commercial funded.

But how would people get to know that your 'Pop-Up' channel has popped up??
