Interesting revisionist history: Mean old George was calling poor
saintly PJ Ross "barnyard names like Piggy", while Michael Monkey
Pendragon (MMP) was taking the high road and trying to keep things civil
on aapc.

For those interested in what really happened, though, here's the road
that MMP taking "the high road" when he found out abouf "Piggy".

Piggy John-John Ross:
Remind me of why you call me "Piggy".

George Dance:
Let me count the ways:

(1) You have the grace and manners of a pig.
(2) You have the writing skills of a pig.
(3) You like to shit all over newsgroups, and
(4) You love rolling around in your own shit
(5) There's also a literary allusion: you remind me the little twerp in
/Lord of the Flies/.

See, it's a perfect name for you.

MMP:
I laughed out loud at that one! :-D

Piggy John-John Ross:
"I don't care as long as you don't call me Piggy like people done before."

MMP:
"Then I shall call you Piggy, too. Piggy, Piggy, Piggy."

Good morning George, thanks again for correcting the lies and misrepresentations and for setting the record straight.

That was badly phrased. Let's edit:

found out that I was calling PJ Ross "Piggy":

Interesting revisionist take on my post, George.

Let's reword the above to actually reflect my statement:

Childish George was calling PJ Ross (and practically everyone else) barnyard names and similarly childish fare; while Michael Pendragon (MMP) was taking the high road and trying to keep things civil at AAPC.

The above passages were directly quoted from "Lord of the Flies."

NOTE TO GEORGE: When you make a literary allusion, it helps to have some familiarity with the source.
