No, but why you keep on with nonsense like this makes sense to nobody
but you. No one here, least of all me, claimed to be a programmer, so
your analogies make no sense whatsoever.

Lol :) You're trying hard, but you're not getting anywhere :)

It doesn't deflate my ego at all. I was the one who posted the link to
the bloke who put the video up. As I said, all I did was used his sample
code and modified it slightly to suit my own application. Again, I never
said that made me a programmer or pretended to be one, yet you keep on
with this bullshit as if it means something....

From what I've seen of your behaviour around here, you're not exactly
carrying on as if you're composed and level headed.

Sometimes I think you like repeating yourself because you like the sound
of your own voice in your head when you read it back to yourself.

I've told you, and a number of times now, I couldn't care less about you
and him trading blows about who knows more than who and who can do what.
What I object to is your entitled belief that you have the *right* to
demand that someone else prove themselves to your satisfaction. This is
*exactly* the same bullshit that Clasener and his band of merry
cocksuckers go on with around here day after day, and it is *exactly*
the very thing that you have criticised them for doing so.

It also defies belief that a man who makes himself out to be as
intelligent as you do could subscribe to the idea that if someone
chooses not to do something that it automatically means they are
*incapable* of doing so.

That's the nonsensical logic of a primary school kid.

Yeah, right.

I don't care, Keith. At all.

why would it deflate his ego when he's not claiming to be a programmer.
more flawed logic from you there, Mr. Programmer.

no, we chimed in to point out the error in your logic in claiming that
something not done means it can't be done. the efficacy of your logic
and reasoning is on par with the success marshmellows would have
knocking down a brick wall by being thrown at it.

That's good to know, of course when fixing mainframe computers back in
the 70s, we had to know how to program in machine language in order to
do the job, but then you wouldn't know anything about that.

There isn't much, if any need for it today, modern compiler output is
just as efficient as hand written assembler (machine) code in 99.9% of
cases probably more so in most cases. That is, I suppose, unless you're
playing with really obsolete stuff.
