This is of course the point. One expects a modicum of fairness from

Uh - when did this ever have to do with "practicality"? This is
essentially what Jordan was orignially created for and was
substantially a Palestinian state at least as far as 1967 and somewhat
further. We all know how THAT worked out and most here can say with

Historical precedent does not help Zionists much to craft a claim to Palestine. I explained in detail the tenancy Jews had in that land in the last 2700 years in other threads a few times. Except for isolated spots like Jerusalem, Jewish presence in the region has been spotty and mostly absent. Arabs on the other hand and the people they stemmed from never left or were deported as the Jews were.

On hindsight, if the US had given a million dollars to every Palestinian on Partition Day to move to Egypt, Jordan or somewhere else, it would have been a wildly successful plan and we would have saved money. Looking at the dark future of the region, it might still be a good idea today.

Before Muslims invaded the Levant, it was a Hellenized region, and the ethnic mix was Aramean, Greek, Jews and some Arabs.

The ethnic mix is irrelevant, as far as a claim based on historical precedent, if one was possible, what matters is WHO RULED the land.

After Assyrians deported Israel and the Babylonians Judea, there was no Jewish rule in that land until the brief Hasmonean Dynasty (c. 140 BC to 37 BC), first as the autonomous Kingdom of Judea within the Seleucid Empire, and then wholly independent as the empire crumbled - a relatively short time.
By far, most of the time the RULERS were the surrounding empires, in succession as they took their spot in the sun. The last two being the Ottoman Empire and the British Empire. They could have a claim to the land, in some way, but not the people who were subject to their power.

The most relevant ethnic mix in the region is from right before the Jewish mass migrations that began in the 20th century. We have an accurate count.

In English law, possession of land for 30 years will
give you legal title.

As well as that it used to be Turkey's land, who
have agreed in the 1950s that it is now Israeli land. The British had a
mandate from the league of nations, which reverted to the UN. The UN then
gave the land to Israel.

It’s not like there were jet airliners back in oldy timey days they could hop on
to go somewhere else and ultimately, human nature takes over and people

It’s never been 100% depopulated but regardless, most of the modern day
Jews in Israel are of European decent whereas the Palestinians have a much
stronger genetic claim to the original inhabitants (going back to caveman days).

The point is, the “Two State Solution” and such are pipe-dreams, the Jews
have to keep the Palestinians imprisoned and marginalized otherwise they’ll
be swamped with Palestinians within a couple of generations.

And I don't blame them, it's national/ethnic suicide otherwise.

A large percentage of that number is Israel buying American weapons and
other stuff using American tax payer money; a net loss for the American
people that only benefits Israel and Wall Street.

It’s not just Biden, every President since JFK (who paid with his life for
trying to reel-in Israel's nuke program) has been beholden to Israel due to
the influence and power of American Jews, whose first duty is to Israel.

Ironically, Trump managed to turn Israel’s demands aside, such as attacking
Iran and ramping up the war in Syria/Iraq, despite appearing to be in Israel’s
pocket and for that, he got rousted out of the White House (as did Bush I,
who wouldn’t invade Iraq after Desert Storm).

I respect the Jews and Israel for their intelligence and loyalty to their ethnic
group but I do not support the Jews or Israel, as they’re doing it at the expense
of me and my nation.

fundamental problem with the U.S. was it’s support for Israel, ALL our problems

Ed is correct. We have Bin Laden on video tape explaining that his terror acts are in reply to the U.S. support of Israel in crimes against Palestinians, and the SECOND reason was the U.S. military presence in Saudi Arabia, which he considered sacrilegious.

Israel is responsible for much more than that, going back to the plane hijackings of Black September, also in reply to Israels crimes against Palestinians.
Air travel use to be like getting on a bus, and because of Israel's conflict it became slowly an atrocious experience, and after 9/11 past bearing.

That has had a GLOBAL effect, for every flight from anywhere to anywhere in every airport worldwide. Think of that next time you are asked to remove your belt and shoes at the security checkpoint before you start your vacation.

Israel is THEREFORE a weeping pustule on the face of the planet spraying pus all over the globe, for more than 70 years. The world has had enough of it, and if it were not for the U.S. Israel would be boycotted till in shrank and withered into the desert.

Ultimately the problem is of non-integrating minorities exacerbated by

That strip of territory was a land bridge from Africa after the
