When I go to the doctors office, they always weigh me and I like to empty my pockets because there's a lot of weight in there and I always make this joke , if I were Dennis the Mendacious there would be a frog in there too, and they really laugh.

Ed Borski and I went to lunch with one of his friends , the guy's last name was Borderlawn (maybe not spelled that way ) I don't remember his first name but anyway we were there eating and sure enough I made a joke about putting markers at the side of his lawn or something like that and he looked at me and said "those would lawn borders , so to speak " so what happened he was just waiting there for me to make fun of his name and I made fun of his name and I felt really bad.

I was giving a lecture on relativity, of course much better than Einstein could have, and right in the middle of the lecture a mated pair of ducks walked across the stage, and they had walked through a field of thyme which got on their feathers, so I quipped that these animals represent the thyme
