Shit, Gary, when I was a teenager I ate spaghetti piled onto a buttered
dinner roll. I just can't do that anymore. If I had a buck for every
double-starch meal I ever ate, I wouldn't be driving a 20-year-old
vehicle.

I wasn't sure but the bread (looks like garlic bread) makes it
possible. The hands looking large is just the camera effect. The
napkin dispensor looks really big for the same reason.
