Add enough breadcrumbs or other starches, and you can make any meatloaf
that you create, out of any loose meat, into a sculpture before baking,
if you want to. I've not tried it, but flour would probably do as a
starch.
I'm old fashioned. I use a loaf pan but that's just because that's what I
always do. Old dog, new tricks, long past innovation.
Meatloaf is a method, not a recipe, and kind of like Pastorio's "cream of
anything" soup.
2 cents.

Your idea of Jill's killfile (and it's use) is almost
certainly ill-informed, based on the many lying slurs
about her posted by the trolls you befriend and encourage.

It's *already* happened in UK - look at "Janet UK" who posts here, lol...

I think that Shakespeare would refer to her as a "fishwife"...

[ I will admit that I'm a huge admirer of Mrs. Thatcher... ]

The last few that I have made that turned out so well were done not done
in loaf pans. That seems to be the big difference in my method so that

I'm not trying to tell her or anyone else who to talk to. To me it's
pretty simple: when someone posts mostly disruptive garbage, they're
trolling.

OB Food: Braised lamb shanks for dinner tomorrow. More about that later. :)

I agree, meatloaf is a method and recipes vary with the individual.

There's a mom-n-pop diner here. Not stellar from the outside but
really GOOD home cooking. Mama's meatloaf is great! Topped with home
