At One time they were both judges, so they didn't have a lot of courage to perform their convictions because you know those convicts get out of prison and go gun down the judge who convicted them. also , you do remember "judge not, and ye shall not be judged" which is straight from the Bible.

It's kind of a screwy statement because someone who judges not isn't a judge , they could be a plumber and what does that buy the plumber ? they will not be judged, like if they murder somebody they get off Scott free , it's just one of these typical stupid sayings that that sounds good but doesn't mean crap.
