I have tried the wild, cage-free, eggs. I'm kind of creeped out by them because mostly they eat bugs - they have a cool orange cast to the yolk and taste like an egg. I suppose they could be sold as fancy boutique eggs for a premium.

I've seen one of our free ranging chickens run around with a baby
snake in its beak. It was very protective and ran away from the others
with it. God knows what else they eat, but we never got sick from
their eggs.

But while not flipped, they look like an over easy. With the lid they
are cooked from the top as well as the bottom so they are not "sunny
side up" There is a little haze over the yolk. Perhaps you can call
them fried and steamed.
