That would suck. Sorry about that.

Glad you found something! Avocados work in the diet?

That is another aspect. Both my parents and grandparents were all slim, so
I guess I have the same genes as well.

My go to snacks are nuts and beef jerky or smoked pork. It's very
difficult for me to eat more than 3 small pieces of chocolate, it fills me
up completely. My wife envies me that ability. I can have a chocolate bar
in the refridgerator for a month nibbling off small pieces. If she finds
it, it's gone in an instant.

My wife used to get upset when I would buy large bars of dark chocolate
but eventually laid off on the nagging when she realized how long it
would last. I would have a square once in a while and one of those bars
would last a month or more. I could not do that with milk chocolate.

Yes, exactly! Except that in my case, it would be milk chocolate, since I
don't like dark chocolate except in cookies and hot chocolate.

Runs in mine too. My sister is 5ft11 and weighs 132. Brother is 6ft1
and weighs about 146. Don is 5ft9 and weighs 152. Charlotte is 5ft3
and weighs 131-134 (bounces a bit). Then you get shrimpy little me at
5ft1 and trying to gain up to 105 but bouncing from 99-102 these days.

My wife complained that I was too skinny at 53 kg, so what can a husband
do but try and solve the problem? ;)

After about 4 years of body weight training, adding lunch and
proteinshakes after the 2:nd year I've now managed to reach a stable 61
kg with abs included. I'm 178 cm.

The problem is that I don't enjoy it, but as long as she trains to keep
fit for me, I feel that I should reciprocate. =)

Sadly she won't let me buy russian steroids, so I think I'm stuck at 61
unless I start going to the gym which I loathe, so 61 it is!

What a weird, bordering on sick, relationship.

If you only knew Bruce. I feel sorry that you never had the chance to
experience a similar relationship. But god will have mercy on your soul
anyway. =)

A relationship where 2 partners are putting weight requirements on
each other? No, thanks.

They still sell both margarine and non-dairy coffee creamer.

That's wickedly thin. 134.5lbs and 5ft10?

True. I just made my Asian grocery trip for mushrooms and greens. HT
just doesn't have mustard greens anymore, space taken for collard, kale
and turnip greens.

Got Yu choy (small/baby), Gai Lan, long flat bean (variety pf green
bean which may be whole Italian flat beans), fish ball (steamer stuff)
pack of 12, baby king oyster and cloud ear mushrooms. Also some
Korean cut style beef ribs and a pretty squared plate plus my Kim Lee
chicken broth powder (was running low).

Most expensive item was 8.99 for the chicken broth powder but it's a 6
month supply here. Total was 42.54. Next run there will need 5lbs
rice (I like high end brands and admit I'm a rice snob).
