Ghana out with one point, might just break the Super Computer. I think Morocco rested a few players, but get a 2-2 draw coming back twice, nice goal by Hakimi. Comoros on three points, not sure that will be enough, I get the feeling you will need 4 points to advance.

There is a video making the rounds of the world of a Lasse cruising down the river in her little yellow toyota at 100km/h, sinking her car and then taking a selfie on said sinking car. I have not driven on that river, but have often driven on the Ottawa Riviere (connected to the Rideau River which she was cruisin on), though maybe not that fast. I really have to meet this chick.

If you think about it, it is kinda remarkable that on Monday we had 50CM of snow then another 10-15cm yesterday, yet the drive up here was nice, with clean highways and bright sunshine and smooth sailing all the way here.

Final group games are kinda anticlimactic, except for the Gambia being in it. For those who dont know, the Gambia is a little British holiday estuary, I m sure it used to be an important shipping port for them in the old days, you know for slaves and stuff, if memory serves me they have a lochness like dragon monster in the Gambia River. I only know that cus I was going to holiday there once ( went to Agadir instead, then spent one day in Agadir. Holidaying is different from travelling). I think that the top 3 are already qualified, Gambia could win the group, which would be something.

You can really see how the days are getting longer, it is the way the sun sets over the hills...oh yeah 0-0 20 mins left. I think Gambia will prove a tough opponent for who ever faces them in the next round. Tunisia have too many lazy Germans.

First choice keeper Salim Ben Borina injured, 7 others players out with Covid - including both substitute keepers.

BBC Sport reporting that the rules state if 11 players are fit then a team has to pick someone to play in goal from the available 11.

However, the rules also allow for exceptions in "exceptional circumstances" and Comoros are trying to get this treated as such.

And just to add to that, apparently Tunisia will be missing 12 players due to Covid for tonight's game with Nigeria.

Wondering if this tournament will be decided on who can keep their squad clear of Covid?

Burkina 1 - 0 Gabon ht
Burkina were given a penalty for a light foul, but the resulting pk hit the crossbar. The referee seems a bit weird. Gabon made it 1-1 at the end, but called back for offside.
