Will's is just his work, when asked about being generous to the friends he supposedly supports, his answer was pretty much they're were on their own.
Pendragon's gives many other poets a chance to be published, which is obviously not a concern of Will's.
It's a no-brainer, the latter is generous while the former is selfish (aka vain/vanity)

1) The AYoS annual print anthology is published at cost. I do not receive any money from its sales.
2) The AYoS monthly online publication is free.

AYoS follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, The Sunday Sampler, in that it is meant to showcase the poetry of AAPC members (in both its Usenet and Facebook venues). It is a non-profit venture aimed at establishing a community of online poets.

Your deceitful attempts to disparage it can clearly be seen to stem from your having been banned from its pages. It is a far more disreputable variation on your fellow sour grape aficionado, Will Donkey's infamous boast that "(W)hen... I was banned... I decided that the time was definitely right to leave."

I don’t see that there is any public need or demand for either work,
thusly neither publication would exist but for the vanity of the people
