Nothing in the flag code or even tradition refers to only flags that

Now when you say 'states' are you referring to US state flags or are
you referring to the flags of other countries?

Because I remember when one US border town decided for reasons best
known to themselves to "honor" Canadian visitors by flying the
Canadian flag - but since they only had one flagpole they flew the
Canadian flag below Old Glory which of course is as big a faux pas as
it gets since it signifies conquest and/or annexation.

I've seen US state flags flown below Old Glory many times but it's not
the same thing at all...

Many of the new laws being passed by Republicans would outlaw the most
popular methods of birth control too.

They're not just anti abortion, they're anti birth control too.
What that means is they're pro-forced birth, against the wishes of the
pregnant women.

After all, what are women good for, outside of a vessel to carry children?
