Idiots don't get into Oxford, exceedingly cunning venal scum do
thobut. He was a rising star of the Union Society (aka parliamentary
training ground) where he learned to win debates with by making people
laugh and take him for a fool while he set them up for the fall. He's
*very* good at it. Since then he's added more tricks to the basket, like
wearing them down until they believe two incompatible things will both
happen.

It may also explain his normal difficulty in getting elected twice for
the same job. AFAIK,this is the first time he has got his old job back
after an election.

for our young people.
